prada, if you’re talking about the TS puzzle sweepstakes, there is no limit on how many times or how often you can win.  However, the list that appears on the winners page is a 3-week list.  It doesn’t get updated every week and if it does it’s a rotating list so you might see someone on there several times even though they only won once.
