, I’m sorry to see this. You can check to see if you were awarded the tickets by selecting your nickname in the HSN Arcade and going to your Reward History. If you don’t see they were rewarded, you’ll have to report it to the HSN Arcade Team. You can find their contact info in the HSN Arcade Help &FAQ section.
