I on a rare occassion and mean rare , get a coupon in the mail usually just around my birthday. These coupons are precious to me but I get upset when I see other posts for coupon codes and I can not use them. So when the code fails on my order I just cancel the whole order and therefore HSN looses out on another order from me. I appreciate your hard work on this. Thank you

Kemiqueen you have done a lot of work and I hope it works out for you. I do recall a few month back HSN had a big customer Appreciation for an entire month. This is not what you are asking but it was HSN’s why to say Thank You to all of the current and new customers. It is good to see you back in the forum If I can help in the future with questions let me know. Our community is one.

I do not complain for the sake of complaining. When I have a complaint, I always take ACTION. I never say I’m gonna do something and don’t pull thru.
I started posting updates 3 weeks ago on this thread, and they went unnoticed.
Attention became so focused on the “select customer???” thread, that one of y’all made the mistake of saying to me, “So are you no longer concerned regarding the coupons? I was thinking you were so upset with it you were writing corporate.”
RU KIDDING ME?!!! I DID WRITE CORPORATE. Scroll down a couple pages for details.

I really appreciate getting a coupon every so often in my email. But, it drives me crazy when you go to use it and it was only valid for a short time. That happened to me the other night as I was buying boots for $150, the coupon I wanted to use had only been valid for a day and I’d missed it by a couple of hours, boy I was bummed. Seriously, if you send me a coupon please give me time to use it, we don’t get them all that often. I decided not to buy the boots because I was bummed about the coupon.

Sounds as if they actually read your/our concerns and the comments were sent to the correct department to get better results..I sure hope so and most of all I am glad they responded to you. They are correct about customer concerns and feedback being important to the success of a company. You spent a lot of time on this and I hope HSN will send you something to show their appreciation. Not many people [myself included] would have taken the time to do this.Maybe we will see better coupon results for our holiday shopping due to your efforts.Thank you kemi.

The thing that frustrates me most about HSN coupons is that none of them can be used on clearance items. This wasn’t always the case; a number of years ago they were valid on all clearance items and I bought many things that I pass over today (which is probably in my best interests!). I’m not sure it’s in HSN’s best interests though. I’m hoping they’ll re-consider this newish policy and let us use the coupons we do receive on anything other than manufacturer restricted items.

The CS – Help Forum on the Community has not responded to my question from 24 hours ago. I keep getting skipped over. Here is my question:
I am submitting my Coupon Equality document to HSN. Is the Marketing Team who I should be addressing? Do they have a separate address? Or should I use this address listed on the home page:
HSN
PO Box 9090
Clearwater, FL 33758
FAX: (727) 872-6559 -
I think I have figured out how you get to be an HSN “select customer.” All of our names go into a huge fish bowl and at the end of the month they pull a handful of names – those are the “selected customers” that get a coupon! Then they apply a bunch of restrictions to those coupons so in the end they look great in appearance but are sorely lacking in usability.
