Mahjongg Dimensions

I just started playing and I was addicted (especially trying to pass level 3) I am going through total withdrawal. I was determined to pass that level but the opportunity was taken away from me. I wish HSN would bring it back. I sent an email requesting it’s return so hopefully if they get enough request they will see the error in their ways, admit their mistake and reload the game for all of us to enjoy. My second option would be sudoko but as an earlier post mentioned I too am having trouble with the request to turn the phone horizontally. It stayed stuck on that screen. I have seen others comment about a holiday version of mahjong but I am unable to see that section on my phone. I will never understand why people fix what’s not broke. Obviously this was a game that drew us all in. I know for me personally I would check out the daily special, peruse recently aired items etc and then get my mahjong on. Isn’t this what HSN was trying to accomplish by offering an arcade game of this caliber – to pull us to the site and hopefully make a purchase. Silly silly HSN…. Sounds like this game was a winner. I understand if they wanted to bring on a holiday version (although I can’t access it) but at least keep the original. I wish I could walk outside around corporate holding up a sign chanting “Mahjong … All day long”

Mahjongg is my fav also. I just sent an email to  HSNArcadePrizeFulfillment@hsn.com .I am beyond frustrated with HSN arcade games. I only play 2 games on my iPhone 5s because half of them will not load on the HSN APP. It shows a message “In order to continue playing you must rotate your device to a horizontal postion”Not only did I provide screen shots, examples and detailed descriptions of issues to this support group who is supposed to be the go to for issues with the HSN App and also even offered to test anything they needed me to test to get  the issue resolved back this summer. Just an email saying “Thanks” in August and it fell on deaf ears. Not 1 time has anyone followed up with me to see if issue was resolved . HSN should treat their customers better than this. I have played for a long time and for them to randomly yank 1 of 2 working games that I play since the rest of them don’t work on my iPhone using the HSN app is just infuriating. I am with everyone else. I don’t like the other versions of Mahjongg and just want my favorite game back. I guess I will just disable my account, block them from my TV line up and go to QVC and not spend another dime with them. As far as the prizes in all the years of playing and submitting tickets for prizes I never ONCE won anything. So long HSN. I hope everyone that sees the email address above writes to them and complains about them removinmg the game. They need help and need to fix ALL the issues with their Arcade games. See YA  HSN! This was my favorite game as well and I am bummed that it is no longer available, even if only temporarily.  Holiday Dimensions is too much like Dark Dimensions, and I rarely play either.

Please bring back the origianal…yes keep this for the holidays  for those who like playing the holiday one….However  I am one of the many that don’t.

So bring back the origianl!  This one is not all that good.

I agree with all of the comments.  Found a game I really enjoyed playing, HSN changes it to a Holiday Version.   Why couldn’t you just add this game, and kept traditional Mahjongg Dimensions.   Don’t care for this game!!!:smileysad:

Why would they think we’d like this Holiday version better?    I won’t play, either.

My favorite game too. It does not even show up on my iPad anymore!
