A little help please

I can no longer get my earned points to appear. After I finish a game the screen never goes to the points won screen, it just goes white. I am playing on my kindle fire. It just started doing this about two days ago. Does anybody have any advice on how I can fix this?

I do but I enjoyed the kindle more since I could do it from anywhere. It worked fine until two days age.

Do you have a computer you can play on? I tried playing on a Kindle Fire and it was a nightmare.
