Horrible experience when item came in missing pieces

Bought the joy mangano makeup and jewelry trio for gifts and the jewelry case came with no separators. Called in to get them and they offered a $6.95 partial refund for a $30 plus s&h item? Really? When they don’t offer the pieces that were missing? And these were Christmas gifts and one piece was already gifted and I can’t do a return? Very poor customer service. And they said “that’s all we can do ma’am”. Really? HSN is a multi million if not billion dollar company and that’s all you can do?
