Thanks you all. I have rebooted my computer and an I’m going to try again for the jigsaw puzzle.

Try closing your browser and reentering the site not using a bookmark or favorite.

Try clearing the browser cache then reopening the window.Sometimes that will fix it..Also check that Flash Player is up to date..There can be other reasons but usually it is one of those.If you aren’t sure how to do that just search google for how to clear the cache for your operating system.

I just played tri-peaks an it totally went blank. What do I do to try to fix the jigsaw puzzle? I am new to all of this computer stuff. Most of it is way over my head.

Must be something on your device causing the block.The puzzle is working fine on my laptop.
