Hi red 29.  Welcome to the forums.

On 52 Card pickup, you get 100 points for every correct answer–meaning that you chose 2 cards that were either 1 apart in number or the same.  For example, J Q.  This gives you a potential of 5200 points.

For every wrong card, they subtract 25 points.

If you clear the board, you get one point for every second left on the timer.  You start with 2 minutes, so if you could actually clear the board in no time, your score would be 5320.  Obviously that’s not possible, but you get the idea.

The scores on the 52 Card pickup leaderboard are the scores on your games, not the number of tickets you earned; and they are not cumulative.  So they show you your best score ever, your best score this week and your best score today.  Scores on the daily leaderboard revert to 0 at midnight.  Scores on the weekly board, revert to 0 at midnight Sunday morning.
