3 in a row gift card

Hi, floridagal. Same thing happened to me, too.  I got 3 in a row $25 gift card and got 250 tickets.  I was told to send a message through the help icon and go all the way down to the "other" option and write them a message.  They are supposed to answer in 24 hours.  I’m still waiting.  From another floridagal 

À gift card would be great but I’m just happy to get 500 tickets from time to time to use in the rewards store.  Now if I could only win something there….Ronnie

Same thing just happened to me!!!! Won $50 gift card then changed to tickets instead  I’ve been playing for months. Guess done with it. Why bother.

HELLO TO ALL :womanhappy:  I FEEL BADLY FOR THOSE WHO COME TO THE HSN ARCADE, CAN FIGURE OUT HOW TO PLAY THE GAME, (in this case, Spin2Win) and when they win something they SEE THEY’VE WON—-but b/c maybe they’re unfamiliar w/how the arcade works or how to update cache or delete cookies—they’re let down and FRUSTRATED! I don’t know….to me a ‘cookie’ is something I LOVE TO EAT!!! lol lol lol   I DON’T KNOW HOW TO DO IT, EITHER! :womanembarrassed:  There’s no fault really, but it IS frustrating if you don’t know. Moderator Ryan, on Marcy510 (yellow rose avatar-which I ‘learned’ the meaning of, and was MUCH HELPED BY DubuqueRams :heart:) about/TITLED ‘Was not awarded tickets…..’ the moderator Ryan gave a ‘link’ to ‘hit on’ that explains ‘HOW TO DELETE COOKIES/UPDATE CACHE’.  I play for fun…….but, I think I’d be pretty bummed if I’d gotten the $50. gift card only to find out….OFFER HAS EXPIRED! ………just saying! :heart:

enough with this STW business, that gift card offering ended 12-24-15 at midnight so if you are seeing gift cards spinning around, (which I personally have not), you have to clear your cookies and browser history to clear out that old game and get the new game which is a win tickets only STW game. 

Last night (Sunday) I was also excited for about 2 seconds when I got three blue 50.00 gift card ornaments in a row.  It then told me I won five hundred tickets!!  WHAT?  So I called HSN, she told me to use the ”contact arcade team” thing at the bottom of the arcade questions.  Emailed them, haven’t heard anything back yet.  Said you should hear from them in 24 hours.  Still waiting.

I also want my 50.00 spendable cash I won!!!!!

Really???   I am suppose to win a $50 gift card and all you have to say is clear your browswer.  That is a pretty horrible answer.  

Your web site tells me I won and you just say oops it was a mistake.  

I expect way more from HSN.  I want the Spendable Kash I won.  Who do I need to talk to?
