GAMES, TOTALS & TICKETS DISAPPEARING WHAT IS GOING ON ??

Yes, I too have been having games suddenly freeze up or at the end of a game the screen goes blank and does not come back therefor you lose all the points you just made. I noticed this all seemed to start after all the changes to the scoring recently by HSN. Correct me if I am wrong but for me this is when this all started to go haywire!

I too would like to see more Games at HSN,and maybe a few more Tickets on some of the games especially the more challenging ones.

Yes, I have lost tickets also. I have lost hundreds.

Same here. I lost tickets doing puzzle.  I gave up. 

I also lost points games & even the word arcade in heading. I think we just blew uo HSN with are marathon playing.  Hope they fix the problems soon.

I also lost a couple of thousand double points last night when my Jigsaw Puzzles and other games I had completed went "poof".  Disappointing.   🙁

I have a problem playing spellbound-getting all the words and the the stupid header saying Ta-DA or Way to Go,80 tickets should have been to score for 2 games.

HSN arcade was completely messed up last night.  Not only did tickets not get awarded, but there were many other issues as well, as mentioned in this thread.  Today, things appear to be resolved, but of course it is after double tickets stopped getting awarded.  I cannot find anywhere were double tickets were even announced so I’m thinking it must have been a mistake that someone tried to resolve and broke the website instead.  I just wish someone would come on this thread and explain what happened and be totally honest, like they used to be.  Lately, things with the arcade are either getting ignored or brushed under the rug.  This is a free service and a way to have fun while shopping with a slim possibility of winning something.  If it breaks, it would just be nice if someone from HSN would tell us so we don’t waste our time with the games until it is resolved. 

Same thing happenend to me last night and it was double tickets. Lost 180 tickets and couldn’t recover them or play anymore.

And now Sudoku is a hideous shade of blue with red letters that is extremely hard on the eyes.  I guess they’re "upgrading" the games maybe.

It’s called ENHANCEMENTS by the IT Dept.

In order for them to improve your experience here on the HSN website, they mess things up in order to accomplish just that. Has been a long standing process with HSN and these many many of these so called enhancements.

But no need to worry, they are working DILIGENTLY to (fix) things.

Grin and bear it, emails to them at this point will go in the dumpster as they, by now are flooded with emails.

After all, it’s fun here, lol.

yes I lostseveral hunderd points yesterday and 240 points today.  the atcade keeps disappearing.

It appears I’m not the only one thinking it’s my computer or internet connection. I lost an 80 point ticket & a 60 point ticket yesterday evening. I tried clearing the computer & going back, but kept having problems so gave up. Now this morning, it’s doing the same thing. I’ve lost 2 tickets today, as when hit submit it goes to the home page instead. Atleast today it will show the arcade menu at the top, but will take you to the games, but will not give you the points if you win, but just keep going back to the home page. no playing today to see if things get fixed.
