Vitamins and increased hunger
I recently lost ten lbs. and am about to gain it all back since I started taking vitamins. I’m thinking they’re the reason I have an increased appetite as that’s the only thing that’s changed in my normal diet. I’m hungry even after eating a full meal. Anyone else ever have the same problem?

I USED TO – WHEN I BOUGHT THEM IN STORES. ANDREW LESSMAN’S MULTI VITS NEVER GAVE ME FALSE HUNGER. TRY THEM….

kemi, they do have an artificial sweetener. They are the store brand, not the usual ones I buy.

I just read in a magazine where sleep deprivation can cause hunger. I’ve had trouble sleeping lately, so there’s a possibility that could be the reason. Never associated lack of sleep with hunger pangs, but I guess it is possible.

? yes, i heard this years ago and experienced it. i don’t have that problem at all anymore. i only take andrew lessman’s products. i only take them after a meal. it seems to me that high vitamin b supplements caused hunger, but i might have that wrong, but i remember having lots of discussions with people about this.
it seems that i remember people saying that it’s important to not take really high doses. good luck, i hope it work out for you.

No exercise other than normal daily activities. It’s the gummy vitamins that seem to be causing cravings. When I forget to take them for a couple of days, I can easily go without meals. That’s why I associate the vitamins with the voracious hunger. Weird, I know.

No I’ve never experienced hunger using any vitamin supplements and have not heard of anyone that has. Some years back I worked part time at a “natural & vitamin supplement” family run store and never heard a customer ask that question.
? are you increasing execise?:womanhappy:
