AL Shipping

I also placed several orders of Andrews vitamins on July 9+ 10, and they are still “packaging”.  This has never happened to me before and I am a long time customer of HSN and Andrew.  We are out of most of these so hopefully thay  will be shipped soon- like today?!  Otherwise I’m going to start shopping at our vitamin shoppe down the street.

I have items I ordered on July 3rd that still have not shipped and are in the Packaging status. I also ordered the Andrew Lessman TS and it also says Packaging and it’s been 5 days since I ordered it. I’ve called Customer Service twice regarding this issue and all they can say is ” It’s on the way”. Well, no it’s not. If it’s still packaging then it hasn’t even left the warehouse. Customer Service was absolutely no help at all. Birthday Month on HSN has left a lot to be desired. No surprises here, except a very long wait to receive our items! I agree, QVC Ships orders fast. HSN could learn a lot from QVC. 

I have found that HSN’s shipping has gotten really slow lately. I ordered several items including two vitamins this past weekend and they are all still in packaging. The items I ordered from QVC over the weekend are out for delivery today on a UPS truck.

Hello ardvark. I’ve found most of the time with AL’s products, that they’re just not updated as to when they ship them on HSN’s website. Then I get a nice surprise package! I bet yours is on it’s way. 🙂 

I ordered 4 products…they shipped out late on the 10th and arrived this afternoon.
