Tony Little Micropedic pillows

Just received my pillows and am very excited to use them, EXCEPT the odor from the packaging is overwhelming.  Has a plastic/chemical smell.  Any suggestions on how to get rid of this without having to launder before use ?  I have been airing them for one day and still has the odor.  Isn’t there some kind of packaging that could be used instead of plastic ? i.e., paper or material casing.
