unable to PLAY games

I’m on an android tablet I got from HSN. Have had ongoing hassles with arcade games but today there is a white, blank square where my score, tickets earned, and play again button is. Everything all around the blank square is in its usual place. This is not a cache or cookies problem. Why is the inability to PLAY the games the ONLY problem here?

I found that if I use Google Chrome I have issues with the games, however, when I use Internet Explorer the games work better. Of course this is on my laptop.

sheann2, I’m sorry you’re experiencing a problem. We currently are working on a fix for mobile game issues and will be updating a correction, as soon as possible.
