HSN Mobile Games Issues
We are aware that when HSN Arcade games are played on mobile devices (tablets and phones), tickets are not being issued and the games may freeze during play. We’re working to fix the issues and will post an update once resolved. In the meantime, we invite you to play these games on a computer for the best experience. Hi, I Only play games on an android tablet, that is my only computer, and I have played most all games on a tablet only for years!! I have android 4.4 and I use both Photon Web browser (free version) and Puffin Web browser (I use paid version now) I do not have adobe flash, but both the browsers I mentioned have flash and most of the games play well, give tickets, etc. There are other browsers, cloud browsers, free from the google play store that also may work for you. Only issue I have is the brand new game plays, but does not give me tickets. I clear cache/cookies often too. I think the browsers I mentioned work on Ipads as well. Good Luck to all!!

I have been playing spin out and now i can’t get in it to play. I have been using my phone all the time.

I am still unable to play games on Internet Explorer, however, when I downloaded Adobe Flash Driver on Google Chrome, that works. Hope it helps some of you.

I have a surface and can access on either explorer through windows 8 or the app on the tablet side and neither work – 3rd day and I never had trouble before?

2nd Request: on Surface Pro, have done all you’ve suggested, with the same results! Can access 1/2 of the "mobile’ games and no access to the "computer" games. Help!

Hello-I am using a tablet. There are about 6 or 7 "mobile" games available to me. Of those, about half will pull up, and then about half of those actually work. Of the ones I can use, I get my scores/tickets ok. Not sure how long this has been going on but its getting frustrating!!! This tablet is the only "computer" I have to use. Please get this resolved as soon as possible…Thanks!

Games are not downloading at all on iPad.

When I click on a game to play the game does not pop up but on to it says to please rate the game…….haven’t been able to play the games since yesterday
