Spin to win game saying I played today

This is the second time this week that I tryed to play the spin to win game and it said I already played for the day

It happened on Sunday and again today and trust me I know I did’nt play today as it is 5:30 pm et and this is the first time I sat down at my computer any answers?????

This happened to me tonight. I signed out of my account, closed my browser, cleared my cache and cookies and then typed in the HSN address. I signed back in and was able to play.

Thank you Erica for getting back to me so quickly Iam playing on my personal home computer and I took your advice and tried again and I got thru and even won 100 tickets on my last spin thanks again
