I am not a tech.My husband works in these area’s.But,I have obe question?Are all the computers,being used from your home.?My husband told me a story a few weeks back.

Very intellengent family.

The have only been able to get access to 2 mgs of internet.

7yrs of issues.The home is also 7 years old aswell as the huge subdivision.

Because of the metal trusses,the way the house was built.

This home was literary built to keep internet out.

His say a very small crack in a closet,with silver metal reflecting off his flash light.

He fix it.

All their computer had the around the same issues.Tablets,smartphone,desktop computer.

He is now,concerned about the huge subdivision.

Wendy, if your only reason for playing in the arcade is to get tickets to enter in the rewards store, you should know that you don’t have to have tickets to enter the sweepstakes.  Just click on the entry and then click on the Rules wording.  It will take you to the rules and an explanation of how to enter without tickets.  It’s not a difficult process and plenty of people have reported winning without tickets.

Wendyj1965, I can tell how frustrated you are feeling and I am sorry you are having trouble with one of the games in our Arcade. The first thing we always recommend doing is signing out of and closing hsn.com. Then delete your temp internet files or cookies. After opening a new browser window, please type the address in instead of using any saved links such as favorites. Another option would be trying to play the games using a different browser such as Chrome for Firefox. If you are still having trouble, please reply and let me know what browser you are using and what version it is. 

Taking down the arcade due to one game having a glitch is a little extreme don’t you think? I have never even gotten to the mathematics level on Search Party! Good for you!  But considering that there are people with HUGE amounts of tickets on the Daily, Weekly and All Time Leader Board…tickets are out there to be had. They can be gotten. It must be the games that you are playing and if it’s Search Party, then…

This is something that has been reported to the Arcade Team over and over again in the past but sounds like it needs to be reported again.
