Original Slinky Brand

I was online looking at some tank tops and came across the original Slinky Brand Basic Tank in navy when I noticed the blue and white pantsthe women was wearing in the picture. Absolutely love them! Does anybody have any idea if they are a Slinky brand or what brand they are and where can I get them.
