Anyone else disappointed in Jay King Mine Finds Lately??

I really liked the azure malachite and chryssocolla (sp.?) pieces, but almost everything sold out before I even saw them on the day they premiered.  I also think some of the pieces mixing cabs with gems, like the turquoise/citrine bracelet, are sharp!

Kyreb, I am so glad it wasn’t just me, I noticed the same thing, after the TSV a while back with mosiac turquiose stones that was just a hot mess, I haven’t ordered.  I agree the  cabachon stones look fake and enhanced, the style is boring too.  He should offer less options, but bump up quality and design.  I just feel like he’s mass producing at this point.

? hi, it is funny that you would say that.  i thought that, too. i don’t mean to sound weird, but sometimes i feel bad about all of the mining and demand for stones, etc.  i can’t help it. i am just getting old and sentimental or something. :catsad: :heart: nik

I’m one of his biggest fans and have a lot of his jewelry!
I was thinking the same thing during his first few shows but hopefully it’ll get better on his upcoming shows .I wish he would bring back his turquoise cross necklace that has been on wait list forever! I also have returned item lately. Wonder if the earth is running out of the best stones.
