Victoria Weick Jewelry a bust

I bought a Victoria Weick watch which was crystal encrusted  bezel. I put it away in my several hundred dollar locked jewelry case which is to protect fine jewelry only to get it out several months later to wear it on a special occasion to find that several of the stones were missing.  Of course it was past the 30 days. Thinking that certainly Victoria Weick would have a repair facility I called HSN.  NOPE. SOL $70 right down the drain for a watch I HAD NEVER WORN. WAS SAVING FOR A SPECIAL OCCASSION. . I have been wearing the watch as my other watch needs some work…. and each day a stone falls out  in two weeks there are now a total of 8 stones missing. I ordered other things of hers and sent them right back. They LOOK embellished intricate and pretty but they are poorly made and worthless in my mind and will not stand the test of time or wear. WHY DOES HSN CARRY HER PRODUCTS?  NO REPAIR FACILITIES?????? OUTRAGEOUS. POOR QUALITY AND POOR SERVICE.
