Curious- what makes this product better than Metamucil? just curious, I do take his multiple vitamins

Seldom have I had any problems in that area. I have been using this for a long time BUT I only use 1 a day if I haven’t eaten much fiber for a day or two. I will go weeks sometimes without taking any of the product, but when I run out…I do reorder.

when I was on daily opiate therapy, I took 1 day and no constipation. I’ve transitioned off opiates but stay on the fiber because it’s just good for you if you have a less than perfect diet. 🙂

I was very skeptical because I’ve suffered with irregularity for over 20 years. I used to use laxatives once a week just to get cleaned out. Since I purchased Fibermucil I believe my problem has been solved. I couldn’t be happier. I’m taking 4 capsules twice a day. I don’t know if that is a lot, but it is the amount that I found that let’s me go at least once a day. And, from going once a week to this frequency – well, you can imagine how much better I feel. Eventually, I will try to reduce my dosage, but for now I will stick to my 8 a day.

No you have to take of lot of them for them too work and still drink more water but it takes a while to work only best thing about Andrew proucts are the Secure, I found something better cheaper ,also his Cinnamon, don’t help me either found something more pure, more mg. and cheaper elsewhere.it is not a CASSIS CINNAMON, that is bad for your liver. I am weaning off of Andrew’s procducts getting way too expensive with less results. I can use more omega 3 and Ultimate eye support, but won’t be buying it next T.S.V. this weekend and next.but another reviewer said same thing no better resluts or eye sight improvement.

I like it because it’s easy to take in capsule form. I take 3 a day and very rarely have a problem with regularity. Sometimes when I’m running low, just one a day seems effective. But judging from the reviews, everyone is different. Most reviews are positive but people differ a lot in the number they take We all need to experiment.
